  • How do I set my timezone?
    You can always set your timezone by going to My Account > Edit Account
  • How do I edit my profile?
    Profile can be edited by going to My Account > Edit Account > Student Profile
  • How do I add points?
    You need to buy tickets to be able to add points, each ticket package has a corresponding amount of points
  • Where can I buy tickets?
    You can buy tickets by going to Purchase Tickets menu
  • I already bought a ticket but my points did not increase
    Sometimes PayPal takes a short time before it processes its transaction specially during office hours, but it shouldn't take an hour before your points get updated.
  • Where can I see my booked lesson?
    All the schedules that you have booked including the old ones are under My Schedules menu
  • How do I book a lesson?
    You can book a lesson by going to Booking menu, from there you can select your favorite teacher. After clicking your favorite teacher, the teacher's profile will appear and there's a Booking menu at the top of the profile. Clicking the Booking menu will display the teacher's schedule in a calendar format, once your done selecting all your preferred schedules, just click Save Schedules at the bottom.
  • How do I cancel a booked lesson?
    You can cancel all booked schedules by going to My Schedules and clicking the cancel button.
